Structure of Flagler County A.R.E.S.®

How we are organized:

The A.R.E.S.® Organization is directed by an EC (Emergency Coordinator).
The EC is appointed by the ARRL and reports to the District EC.
The EC may then appoint Assistant Emergency Coordinators (AEC's).

The EC is responsible for the operation of all A.R.E.S.® Nets in Flagler County and also is the Official Liaison between A.R.E.S.® and Emergency Services.

The basic chain of command is set up like this:
  • EC
  • AEC
  • A.R.E.S.® Members
