About Flagler Emergency Communications Association

The Flagler Emergency Communications Association (F.E.C.A.) was created in June of 2002 to further coordinate emergency and public service communications via Amateur Radio.

F.E.C.A. welcomes anyone who is interested in emergency and public service communications using Amateur Radio or GMRS.

F.E.C.A. provides technical assistance, resources and supports several Amateur Radio repeaters in Flagler County as well as several GMRS repeaters.

F.E.C.A. also provides technical assistance to Skywarn, A.R.E.S.™, REACT™, The Palm Coast Fire Department and Flagler County Emergency Services.

F.E.C.A. members belong to either A.R.E.S.™, Skywarn, or REACT™.
